Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of our SW Hickory yard on Hildebran Shelby Road across every corner of Greater Hickory — all fifteen communities we cover. That means the towns right around the yard — Long View, Mountain View, Hildebran and Connelly Springs — plus Newton, Conover, Claremont, Maiden, Catawba, Brookford, Granite Falls, Hudson, Valdese, Bethlehem and St. Stephens across the rest of the metro. Hickory and the closest SW-side addresses are usually same-day; the towns farther out along I-40, US-321 and NC-127 are typically same- or next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.

Getting in touch — questions
What is the fastest way to get a dumpster in Hickory?
Call (828) 624-4167. There is no form on this site on purpose — a two-minute conversation gets you a firm price and a delivery window, where a form gets you a callback some time later. Tell us the town, the material and roughly how much of it there is, and the quote is settled on that call.
What hours can I reach you?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 7:00pm. If you call outside those hours, leave a message with the address and the job and you will get a call back first thing. Deliveries and pickups run during business hours; a pickup can occasionally be arranged earlier by agreement.
How quickly can you deliver?
Near the yard on 6389 Hildebran Shelby Rd in SW Hickory, a morning call is often a same-day delivery. Hickory itself and the closest towns — Long View, Mountain View, Hildebran and Connelly Springs — usually run same-day; Newton, Conover, Claremont, Maiden and Catawba run same- or next-day depending on the route that day. Granite Falls, Hudson and Valdese, farther out, more often run next-day rather than same-day. Book earlier when a job is time-sensitive — jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries because a full container stops a crew working.
Do you need me to be there for the delivery?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or chalk, tell us about gate codes, sloped driveways and low limbs, and keep your phone on. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything about the placement looks wrong.
What information should I have ready when I call?
The delivery address, what you are throwing away, roughly how much of it there is, where you want the container to sit, and when you want it. If it is a roof, the number of squares and the layer count. If it is concrete or soil, say so early — that changes the container before it changes the price.
Do you serve all of Greater Hickory or just Hickory itself?
All 15 communities we cover. Our yard is in SW Hickory, and the closest towns we work — Long View, Mountain View, Hildebran and Connelly Springs — are the same-day group. The other towns — Newton, Conover, Claremont, Maiden, Catawba, Brookford, Granite Falls, Hudson, Valdese, Bethlehem and St. Stephens — are separate municipalities across Catawba, Burke and Caldwell counties, each with its own public-works office. Distance affects scheduling and which city office handles a permit question, and we are upfront about both. Our service area page breaks it down and explains what turnaround to expect in each.
